3. Digital Products

All products sold through Hulbit are digital products.
No physical SIM cards are shipped.
Following successful payment authorization, your eSIM information will normally be delivered electronically by email and/or made available through the delivery method specified during checkout as soon as technically possible.
Delivery times may vary due to payment verification, email delivery delays, or temporary system maintenance.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Before purchasing an eSIM, you agree that you are responsible for:

Confirming that your device supports eSIM technology.
Ensuring your device is carrier unlocked.
Purchasing the correct destination or regional plan.
Verifying your travel dates before activation.
Installing the eSIM according to our instructions.
Maintaining an active internet connection during installation.

Hulbit is not responsible for issues caused by incompatible devices, carrier locks, incorrect purchases, unsupported devices, or customer installation errors.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices may change at any time without prior notice due to supplier pricing, exchange rates, roaming agreements, taxes, or operational costs.
Applicable taxes, VAT, GST, or similar charges may be added during checkout depending on your country or local regulations.

6. Payments

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
We currently accept supported payment methods including:

Apple Pay
Google Pay

Hulbit never stores complete payment card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials.
All payment information is securely processed by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS security standards.
Orders may be delayed or cancelled if fraud prevention systems require additional verification.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and prevent financial fraud, Hulbit reserves the right to:

permanently block abusive customers.

These actions may be taken whenever fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment methods, chargeback abuse, or other security risks are reasonably suspected.

8. Acceptable Use

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without compensation.

9. Network Availability

Hulbit works with international telecommunications partners.
Network quality depends on many factors outside our control, including:

local carrier availability
signal strength
weather conditions
government restrictions
infrastructure failures
network congestion
device compatibility

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted coverage, uninterrupted speeds, or continuous availability in every destination.

10. Service Availability

Although we strive to maintain continuous availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

scheduled maintenance
emergency maintenance
supplier outages
API failures
telecommunications disruptions
cybersecurity incidents

Hulbit shall not be liable for temporary interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

trademarks
software

graphics

branding

is the exclusive property of Hulbit LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hulbit LLC shall not be liable for:

indirect damages
incidental damages
consequential damages
loss of profits

travel expenses
missed flights
hotel costs
roaming charges from third-party operators
loss of data

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the affected eSIM product.

13. Force Majeure

Hulbit shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters
earthquakes
floods
fires
pandemics
war
terrorism
cyber attacks
government actions
internet outages
telecommunications failures
supplier failures
electrical outages

14. Refunds

Refund requests are governed exclusively by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By purchasing an eSIM from Hulbit, you acknowledge that digital products may not be eligible for a refund once activated, installed, or used, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

15. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Hulbit Support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their card issuer.
If a chargeback is initiated, Hulbit reserves the right to submit evidence including, but not limited to:

order records
payment confirmation
eSIM delivery logs
activation records
network usage records
customer communications

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of future purchases.

16. Export Control and Sanctions Compliance

Hulbit complies with applicable United States export control laws and sanctions regulations.
Our services may not be purchased or used where prohibited by applicable law or by individuals, organizations, or jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and use of our services complies with the laws applicable to them.
